Stages of the Industrial Environmental Control Program:
- Conducting an inventory of existing environmental documents at the enterprise and assessing compliance with the requirements of legislative, regulatory and methodological documents;
- Collection of initial data on technological processes, technologies, and the generation of production and consumption waste at the enterprise;
- Collection of initial data on the actual volume or mass of pollutant emissions, discharges of pollutants, levels of physical impact and measurement methods;
- Development of a production control program and coordination of work with the Customer;
What is included in the ECP:
- General provisions;
- Information on the inventory of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air and their sources;
- Information on the inventory of discharges of pollutants into the environment and their sources;
- Information on the inventory of production and consumption waste and their disposal facilities;
- Information about the divisions and (or) officials responsible for the implementation of industrial environmental control;
- Information about own and (or) involved testing laboratories (centers) accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on accreditation in the national accreditation system;
- Information on the frequency and methods of industrial environmental control, sampling sites and measurement methods.
Program development period — up to 14 days
Report on the implementation of industrial environmental control — available until March 25, once a year

Failure to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling industrial and consumer waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine. Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2001, No. 195-FZ.
