Registration of NWOS facilities

Expert Alliance LLC provides services for registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment (NVOS).

• Registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment (NVOS) is necessary for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who carry out economic and (or) other activities.

• Source data collection. It includes information about a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who carries out business activities on the territory of the facility, the location of the production area, the date of commissioning of the facility, the design capacity, the name of the sources of pollutant emissions, their quantitative and qualitative composition..
• The formation of the application. This stage takes from 1 to 5 days.
• Registration of the application. Occurs in the relevant territorial body or authorized body of the subject of the RF.
• Consideration of the application. The review period is 10 working days.
• Пobtaining a certificate. The document confirms the state registration in the regional or federal register of non-residential buildings, with the assignment of the code and category of the object.

Approximate registration period — up to 20 days

Failure to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling industrial and consumer waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation dated 12/30/2001 № 195-FZ.
