When is the fire risk calculation required?
Fire risk calculation is required in different situations, for example:
- During project development, construction and operation, if it is impossible to fully comply with fire safety requirements.
- When selecting and justifying technical means, systems and equipment for protection against fire-hazardous situations and factors.
- When submitting a fire safety declaration to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
- When designing a CTA for design, when there are no fire safety standards at the future facility or it is required to deviate from them.
- If construction work has been carried out in the building or its functional purpose has changed.
- As prescribed by the fire supervision authorities. If the regulation notes a discrepancy between the protection measures and possible risks, the owner will have to make calculations anew.
