Which employees should be trained in the use of personal protective equipment

Training in the use and use of personal protective equipment for employees should be provided to employees who use PPE, the use of which requires practical skills (paragraph 38 of the Training Procedure No. 2464). If the protective equipment does not require practical skills, it is necessary to familiarize employees with ways to check their operability and serviceability at a workplace safety briefing.
