Working conditions

Working conditions are a set of factors of the production environment and the labor process that affect the worker’s ability to work and health (Article 209 of the LC of the RF Basic concepts)

Safe working conditions are working conditions in which the impact of harmful and (or) dangerous industrial factors on workers is excluded or the levels of exposure to such factors do not exceed the established standards (Article 209 of the LC of the RF Basic concepts)

Dangerous working conditions are working conditions in which factors affecting an employee during the working day can endanger life or lead to the development of an acute occupational disease (Part 5 of Article 14 of Law No. 426-FZ)
