Item 652 of the Rules on Occupational Safety in Metalworking (Order No 887n of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated 11.12.2020)

It is forbidden to use the equipment during operation:

• tighten nuts, bolts and other connecting parts of a working machine;
• to slow down (stop) the rotation of the spindle, chuck, drill bit by pressing the hand or tool on the rotating parts of the machine or parts, to touch the moving parts of the machine;
• take measurements, check by hand the cleanliness of the surface of the workpiece;
• open and remove fences and safety devices;
• work with mittens or gloves, as well as with bandaged fingers without finger pads.;
• place tools, fixtures, parts, and other objects on it.
