Labor protection regulations in sea and river ports establish state regulatory labor protection requirements for the organization and performance of loading and unloading operations in sea and river ports, as well as for work to ensure transshipment processes and transportation of workers across the territory of ports and water areas by ships of the port fleet (hereinafter, respectively, port, port work).
