Rules on labor protection during extraction (fishing), processing of aquatic biological resources and the production of certain types of products from aquatic biological resources (Order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated December 4, 2020 No 858n)

The rules on labor protection in the extraction (fishing), processing of aquatic biological resources and the production of certain types of products from aquatic biological resources establish state regulatory requirements for labor protection in the organization and implementation of basic processes and work related to the extraction and processing of aquatic biological resources by vessels of the fishing fleet, as well as the production of fish and other products from aquatic biological resources on shore fish processing infrastructure facilities.
