Labor Protection Regulations for the Operation of Heat supply Facilities and Heat-consuming installations (Order No 924n of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated December 17, 2020)
The rules on labor protection during the operation of heat supply facilities and heat-consuming installations establish state regulatory requirements for labor protection during the operation of the following heat supply facilities and heat-consuming installations:
1) production, industrial heating and heating boilers using all types of organic fuels;
2) heating networks, including pumping stations, heating points and other network structures (heat chambers; channels and collectors; overhead pipeline overpasses);
3) heat-consuming installations for industrial (technological) purposes, including heat exchangers;
4) heat-consuming installations for non-industrial purposes, including heating systems, air heater installations in supply ventilation and air heating systems, water heaters.
The rules do not apply to heat supply facilities and heat-consuming installations.:
thermal power plants;
nuclear power plants;
sea and river vessels and floating facilities;
rolling stock of railway and automobile transport;
sources of thermal energy operating in the mode of combined generation of electric and thermal energy.
