Paragraph 16 (a) of the Fire Safety Regulations in the Russian Federation (Government Decree No 1479 dated September 16, 2020)

It is prohibited to use protective equipment:

» store and use in attics, basements, basement and underground floors, as well as under the pile space of buildings, flammable and combustible liquids, gunpowder, explosives, pyrotechnic products, cylinders with flammable gases, goods in aerosol packaging, waste of any hazard classes and other fire and explosive substances and materials.
