Paragraph 2.3 of the Labor Protection Regulations for the operation of electrical installations (Order of the Ministry of Labor dated November 16, 2020 No 903n)

Requirements for employees allowed to perform work in electrical installations:

Occupational health and safety specialists who control electrical installations of organizations of electricity consumers must have electrical safety group IV, and their work experience (not necessarily in electrical installations) must be at least 3 years.
