Paragraph 212 of the Rules on Occupational Safety in medical organizations (Order No. 928n)

Dangerous liquids, including acids and alkalis, should be stored below eye level.

Large containers should be stored closer to the floor level, but at such a height that they can be handled safely and ergonomically.
