Rules on occupational safety in road transport (Order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated December 9, 2020 No 871n)

The rules on occupational safety in motor transport establish state regulatory requirements for occupational safety in the organization and conduct of work related to the technical maintenance and operation of motor transport.

The rules do not apply to employees engaged in work related to the maintenance and operation of outdoor trackless wheeled vehicles (forklifts and electric loaders, trucks and electric cars, cargo trucks) used in technological transport operations within the operated territories.
