Categories of transport security forces

According to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06/01/2023 No. 905, there are 8 categories of transport security forces, depending on their official duties.:
Category 1 — employees responsible for ensuring transport security in the subject of transport infrastructure.
Category 2 — employees responsible for ensuring transport security at a transport infrastructure facility and/or vehicle.
Category 3 — employees of a transport infrastructure entity or a transport security unit who manage the performance of work related to ensuring transport security.
Category 4 — employees of the transport security unit included in the rapid response team.
Category 5 — employees who carry out additional and repeated inspections in order to ensure transport security.
Category 6 — employees who carry out surveillance and/or interviews in order to ensure transport security.
Category 7 — employees who manage technical means of ensuring transport security.
Category 8 — employees of a transport infrastructure entity or a transport security unit who perform work directly related to ensuring transport security at transport infrastructure facilities or vehicles.
A number of tasks for the certification and the training program before it depend on the category of the employee.
