The Ministry of Emergency Situations has made additions to the checklist for supervision in the field of civil defense

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has made changes to the list of control questions used in the federal state supervision in the field of civil defense.
The additions relate to preparing the population for emergency situations, maintaining alert systems and forming civil defense forces at all times, as well as organizing evacuation measures. The new items in the checklist will help the controlled organizations to independently assess compliance with the established requirements. This will make it possible to identify and eliminate possible violations in a timely manner, reducing the risks of damage to legally protected facilities.
The changes were the result of the adoption of regulations governing mandatory requirements in the field of civil defense. Their goal is to minimize potential threats at controlled facilities and improve the mechanism of oversight measures.
The order regulating these adjustments has been registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice and will enter into force on February 24, 2025.
