How do I find out about the GIT check?

GIT carries out scheduled and unscheduled inspections of organizations. According to the plan, the organization is checked at regular intervals, which depends on the risk category of the organization.:
⇒ high risk – once every two years or one professional visit per year;
⇒ significant risk – once every three years;
⇒ the average risk is once every five years.;
⇒ moderate risk – once every six years.
Organizations with a low risk category are subject only to unscheduled inspections.

You can find out about the planned inspection from the GIT inspection plan, as well as from the ECNM. The following information is entered into the register (Article 19 of the Law on State Control, Government Decree No. 604 dated 04/16/2021):
⇒ the preventive and supervisory measures that inspectors carry out in relation to the company;
⇒ coordination of events with the prosecutor’s office;
⇒ actions and decisions of the inspector based on the results of the verification activities.
