SP 48.13330.2019. A set of rules. Organization of construction (as amended on April 21, 2025)

Amendments were made to JV 48.13330.2019 “Organization of construction”. This revision introduced important changes to the requirements for planning, organizing, and controlling construction work.

The document specifies the procedure for the development and approval of project documentation, clarifies the requirements for the organization of the construction site, including in terms of occupational safety, quality of materials and environmental protection. Additionally, provisions have been introduced on information support for construction, the use of information modeling (BIM) technologies and electronic document management.

For construction companies, this means the need to review internal regulations and work plans. Compliance with the new requirements of JV 48.13330.2019 ensures not only compliance with the law, but also a reduction in the risks of accidents, downtime and penalties.
