Updated checklists for checking employers

On November 16, 2024, Rostrud’s order No. 190 dated 07/26/2024 entered into force. The document changes the composition of the questions in the test sheets for employers. Note that the number of test sheets has remained the same.

Changes have been made to the lists of issues on which the employer is being monitored.:
– sets the mode and duration of operation;
– provides rest time;
– pays the salary;
– complies with the requirements for regulating the work of women and persons with family responsibilities;
– reduces staff.

Numerous amendments have also been made to the details of regulatory legal acts that establish mandatory requirements.
