Draft order to extend the validity of LPR

The Russian Ministry of Labor has posted a draft order extending the validity of all labor protection regulations until September 1, 2031.

The draft order amended the labor protection regulations in terms of extending the validity period of mandatory requirements and setting the validity period of mandatory requirements for one regulatory legal act.

In total, the Ministry of Labor’s list includes 41 names of works for which the expiration date was postponed from 2025 to September 1, 2031.
