Outsourcing of fire safety

212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the general management of work to ensure safe working conditions, as well as the organization of fire safety control at workplaces, is entrusted to the employer.

In the absence of a fire safety specialist in the organization, their functions are performed by the employer, or by an employee authorized by him or an organization providing services in the field of fire safety.

• Methodological assistance in the development of plans and programs to improve fire safety in the organization;
• Periodic inspection of fire safety conditions at workplaces and industrial premises, as well as monitoring compliance with fire safety legislation;
• Development and implementation of fire safety control.

• Based on the identification, a comprehensive audit of the company’s documentation and an analysis of the production itself is carried out in order to identify the organization’s inconsistency with environmental standards..
• Preparation of a protocol (report) indicating the inconsistencies of enterprises with environmental standards.
