The purpose of implementing QMS?
Assessment and documentary confirmation of working conditions at workplaces in accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ dated December 28, 2013, with the identification of harmful and (or) dangerous factors, the definition of a class of working conditions and the establishment of guarantees and compensation for employees.

What does the QMS service include?
- Preparation for the assessment: Consulting the employer on legal obligations; Collecting data on workplaces and employee positions; Establishing an internal commission and issuing the relevant order.
- Identification of harmful and hazardous factors: Analysis of technological processes, equipment, and protective measures; Determining which factors require instrumental measurements.
- Instrumental measurements and laboratory testing: Conducting on-site measurements using certified methods and equipment; Involving an accredited testing laboratory.
- Classification of working conditions: Assigning hazard classes based on measurement results (from Class 1 to Class 4); Determining eligibility for compensations such as hazard pay, reduced working hours, or additional leave.
- Documentation and submission to the SAWC federal system: Preparing reports, protocols, and workplace condition cards; Submitting data to the Federal State Information System (FGIS SAWC) maintained by the Russian Ministry of Labor.
- Support and compliance assistance: Advising on regulatory comments and inspections; Support in case of disputes regarding assessment results.
