According to Article 225 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, all specialists and managers of organizations and enterprises of various fields of activity and forms of ownership are required to undergo training and knowledge testing of regulatory requirements on labor protection. Occupational health and safety courses are necessary to train and improve the skills of employees and officials so that they can properly perform their occupational health and safety duties.
