Environmental collection reports

The service helps organizations that are required to pay an environmental fee for goods or packaging to report correctly and promptly to Rosprirodnadzor.

• Аanalyzing the list of goods or packages subject to environmental collection;
• We check the correctness of the collection calculations;
• We prepare reports according to the approved forms (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08/01/2024 N 1041)
• We coordinate the reports with you before submitting them.;
• We submit reports to Rosprirodnadzor in electronic form or on paper (depending on the requirements).

Term: until April 1st

Failure to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling industrial and consumer waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation dated 12/30/2001 № 195-FZ.
