Information for the regional waste inventory

This service is aimed at preparing and submitting information to the regional waste cadastre in accordance with Federal Law No. 89-FZ dated 06/24/1998 (as amended on 12/26/2024) “On Production and Consumption Waste”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.03.2017 No. 284 and relevant regional regulations.

As part of the service, we:
  • We analyze and clarify information about the waste generated by the enterprise (composition, volume, hazard class, etc.);
  • We prepare and structure the information in the prescribed form, including all required parameters;
  • We submit the information to the authorized body within the prescribed period;
  • We provide consultations and clarifications on all issues related to the provision of information.
 

Due date: usually until March 1 of the year following the reporting year (dates may vary depending on the region)

 
Important!

Failure to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling industrial and consumer waste, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other dangerous substances entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation dated 12/30/2001 № 195-FZ.
