Waste certification

Preparation of waste passports in accordance with the requirements of Article 51 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ “On Environmental Protection” dated 10.01.2002 and Article 14 of Federal Law No. 89-FZ “On Production and Consumption Waste” dated 24.06.1998.

• We carry out an inventory of the waste generated at your enterprise;
• We evaluate the hazard class of each waste on the basis of the Federal Waste Classification Catalog;
• We prepare and issue waste passports in accordance with the approved form;
• We are coordinating the final documents with you;
• We submit our passports to Rosprirodnadzor (or another authorized body) in accordance with the established procedure..

• The name of the organization or legal entity and its location have changed;
• Personal data of the responsible person has changed (for individual entrepreneurs);
• The type of waste was included in the CCF (in this case, the passport is also reissued according to the CCF waste certification standards).

Term: 30 calendar days from the date of registration of changes

Waste certification is a mandatory requirement for enterprises that generate waste of hazard classes I–IV, and helps to avoid fines and claims from regulatory authorities.
