Item 4 of SanPiN 2.1.3684-21 (Special container sites for garbage collectors)

The distance from container and (or) special playgrounds to multi-apartment residential buildings, individual residential buildings, children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, buildings and playgrounds, recreational and sports grounds of organizations for the education and training, recreation and recreation of children and youth should be at least 20 meters, but not more than 100 meters
 
The territories of medical organizations in urban areas are at least 25 meters away, and in rural areas – at least 15 meters.
